Return and cancellation Policy

We want to make sure you find the artwork you love! All collectors have the right to cancel their order of an Original artwork any time before shipment, and are able to return it if unsatisfied with the work as long as Artnkart is notified within the 07 Days Return Policy. If you change your mind within 07 days after receiving the work, Choose from: 1.Full refund via Store credit for the full purchase price, or 2. A refund to your original payment method less a 30% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount. If you want to return an artwork, You have 07 days from the date you received it to let us know. In light of our 07-days return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact our Support Team and provide your order details. We are happy to work with you to find a replacement. Our team of expert art advisors will work with you one-on-one if needed. If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to pair you with a complimentary art advisor to help you find the perfect piece. If the original artwork arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, inform us immediately within 01 day of receiving it and complete the contact form immediately. Then we will immediately contact you and thereafter you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the complaint. All return shipments must be arranged through Artnkart and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). Canceling Open Edition Print Orders. If you've ordered an open edition print, please note that your order is submitted for production immediately following successful processing of payment. Should you wish to cancel an open edition print order, we may not be able to stop the order if it has begun production. We are also not able to make changes to a print order once production has started. In the event that you wish to cancel shortly after purchase or placed the order in error, please submit a request through our contact us form and we will confirm if we are able to process the cancellation. All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in INR. Artnkart is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 10 days period. Final Sale Items Special Collection, Limited Edition, Open Edition artworks, print frames, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. Please fill out a return request form if your order arrived damaged or in poor condition.
